Navigating through changes in laws, especially those that touch on sensitive issues like pregnancy and divorce, can be a complex and emotionally charged process. Missouri's recent developments in this area reflect the evolving understanding and considerations of family dynamics, personal rights, and societal values. It's crucial to have open, informed discussions about such changes, as they can significantly impact the lives of many individuals and families. By focusing on understanding, compassion, and fair legal frameworks, we can work towards solutions that respect and protect the rights and well-being of all involved. Always remember, it's important to seek professional legal advice to navigate these changes effectively and ensure that one's rights and interests are fully protected.

I had to wait until my son was nearly 2 years old. No alimony or child support for the 3 older kids. No paternity test so I dont know why I had to wait. He raped me and cheated. I remained celibate. Then he got joint custody of our newborn immediately after birth. He chose not to show up to the birth even though I wanted him there because it was HIS baby. I even said he could name him but again wanted nothing to do with our kids. Never showed up to visits even though he begged for joint custody. Family courts are so sick
