The two walk-in closets don't come with all those "bells and whistles"? Much prefer just simple white wire shelving to hang clothes up. Do all the bedrooms come carpeted? Might prefer no carpet at all. Also, is building a pool in the backyard an option for this model? Thanks so much!
The bells and whistles in the model home are not even an option to build before closing. The standard closet is with white wire shelving. The included features will have carpet in the bedrooms. If you build, you can put tile or upgrade flooring in the bedrooms. YES! You can build a pool in the backyard for this Bimini model! There is enough room with the lot size permitted to build a pool.
You used the exact words out of my mouth. Riverland offers exceptional amenities and a lifestyle unlike anywhere else, surpassing even GL Homes’ other communities in Florida.
My only concern or issue is that PSL is not exactly an ideal location. It's kind of far from Miami or Delray Beach. To me, nothing beats the location of Palm Beach County. You're fairly close to everything over there. But yeah I know it's also more expensive and you pay a premium to live in PBC.@@HuberRealEstateGroupofFlorida
It’s an adjustment from Palm Beach County and Miami/Broward and really depends on your lifestyle. Port St Lucie is becoming more and more desirable because it is more affordable, less crowded and there a lots of up and coming businesses and stores. You essentially have everything you need in Tradition: shopping, restaurants, fun events, Cleveland Clinic hospital.. and if you’re in Riverland you’re sure to be busy. All perspective.
