Thank you for the video! after creating the email template I was trying to connect the Email template to Email content, on Email content when clicking the "select template ", not able to find any Email template. my Template is in the Public email folder.
Am I right in thinking that email content is the new name for list emails (one video you create a template from email templates and one from email content what's the difference)? - It's not a term used throughout Pardot as content typically refers to custom domains etc. A couple of quicker questions - is it possible to make a text-only email in the new email builder with an email signature etc? - is it possible to save HTML email components to reuse on other templates? - has there been any change to where this new email builder can be used? (engagement studio etc)
Hey Callum! Thanks for your comment :) The Email template and content tabs are how you access the new Lightning Email Builder. You create repeatable templates in one section and can then select those templates in the email content tab when creating what is essentially a list email. Answers to your other questions: - is it possible to make a text-only email in the new email builder with an email signature etc? Yes definitely. - is it possible to save HTML email components to reuse on other templates? I believe this feature is coming. You could use snippets but i actually havent tried using snippets with this email builder yet. - has there been any change to where this new email builder can be used? (engagement studio etc) unfortunately not but i am sure it is on the roadmap
Hi, thank you for showing so easy how this works! awesome video. I got it working and I am building the first email. I am looking into the docs if there is a way to add custom own components (apart of the 5 standard). I want to add a custom editable component so can be added/removed. Do you know if this is possible ? Thanks
Thanks so much for the awesome feedback! We know that custom components are on the roadmap but are not 100% sure if they are generally available just yet.

Yes they can! Lightning email templates can now be activated for automation across Pardot. We will do a video asap showing how!
