Suu Kyi made a very simple yet comprehensive summary of the term "Good governance" with easy-to-understand comparisons. Very helpful indeed!
Yes,a leader with a good and best quality of governance should have a vision to make a good action for the people by dividing the growing out pie to their people..

In my understanding good governments is being:

-Transparent
-Consensus Oriented
-Equitable and Inclusive
-Effective and Efficient
-Decentralized
-Participatory
-Lake of Anti-Corruption

These are the main lements of Good governance
Su kyi said good governance is like parents doing everything and not expecting anything in return!
