I'm Singaporean and I feel very excited for you Burmese. The future certainly look bright under her leadership. Spiritually, I think Myanmar is in a healthy state because the people are all very proud of their upcoming leader. Sadly, I can't say the same about my Country.
These words should awake many in Sg: "This is what leadership is about: You should be able to fulfill the need of the people who are willing to be led by you - because you fulfill their need for hope.. their need to believe in themselves. If you cannot make those people you are trying to lead believe in themselves, you cannot really be a leader. So, to make people believe in themselves, you've got to respect them. You got to truly value them.."

I found myself quite difficult to fit in any kind of team work even i was the most knowledged and experienced one.I will simply put it " open minded ".To all young generations of Myanmar, forget about the past.Find ,understand and utilize that mind set.DO NOT BE SHY.HAVE SELF CONFIDENCE.GO OUT AND PARTICIPATE IN TEAM EVENTS.SHARE WITH THEM.GET PRACTICAL EXPOSURE.DO NOT SIT IN THE TINY BOX AND READ DAY AND NIGHT. ALL THE BEST

I do not believe that a solider should turn into a politician..true enough..cos soldiers always think and behave differently from civilians.
