Great video and thanks for sharing.You two always make me smile. I've never been in a spa and would be a bit overwhelmed by this one. I'd never manage to get in those bubble baths. My legs are just too short.

It wasn't our best Spa review, as we weren't able to film us using the facilities as it was just too busy, and it's a bit too intrusive recording when people are in bathing costumes, trying to relax. We've managed to record much more on other cruise lines, such as on P&O Iona where we had the place to ourselves, this was the exact opposite though. Linzi & Mark
We are not big users if the spa but would not like it if it’s busy - I suppose with so many people having unlimited access it’s hard to manage numbers. Looks beautiful though 😊
To be fair to MSC Stuart & Karen, they do manage the numbers okay, it was very often full, the problem is, mainly, it is a big Spa, and they let it run to capacity, which then doesn't feel like a relaxing venue. Plus you do find the odd person, gets into something such as the Spa Bubble Beds (there are only a few) and stays there for two hours! Other than that, it is impressive, but we prefer the slightly smaller ones on Iona, Queen Elizabeth & Virgin Voyages. Linzi & Mark
If you bought a thermal pass for the whole cruise could you give it to your partner to use? Or do you have to check in with it with your name or picture shown? Thanks
Hi, unforunately you wouldn't be able to pass it to your partner as they link them to your sea-pass, so only the person on the sea pass would have access.
The Thermal Suite isn't open. 24 hours, unfortunately. A late night thermal suite would be awesome. On our cruise it opened at 8 am and we think it closed at 8 pm. Linzi and Mark
