Right on. Thanks Horace. I bet it feels like a furnace outside down where you are. It is brutal here today. I went on a 2nd hunt today around noon and last like an hour then had to go swimming to get cooled down. Nice thing about being on the river, you can just dive in

I'm happy I found your channel a few months ago. I've learned so much. As a kid playing in the creek in WV I found nutting stones and had no clue what they were. Until now. Also, I had no clue WV was so rich in marble history. Thanks for that lesson! I watched a video of yours from 2 or 3 years ago and you dug a coke bottle and commented that it was small town WV and you hadn't found that bottle yet. I thought to myself "I bet its Spencer". Sure enough, it was a Spencer WV bottle. My hometown! How cool! I can tell you are a hard working honest man, who loves his momma and all the critters! Keep up the good work. Sorry this got long, but I had a lot to say! Lol

Usually I find myself waiting for new uploads to watch every day. For the past few weeks you've really cranked out a lot of uploads and now I've fallen behind a bit. I've been busy doing my own thing on the river (with terrible but fun results) and that's taken up some of my time. I'm finding some of that green speckled stone in my area. Same looking stuff as the celt or adz or chopper you recently found. I'd love to find a grooved celt made out of that stuff. I built a really nice sifter to use but because I been searching areas within a qtr mile or less of known mound locations I'm afraid to try it out. I'll be making some calls to ask questions about possibly being able to legally use my sifter. For now I'm stuck digging handfuls of gravel off the clay layers and it's brutally slow going. Keep firing off the uploads! I might catch up before I go to sleep tonight.
Yea. The time thing is what is always the issue with me. Since July 1st. This is all I have done all day long. Arrowhead Hunt. I am back home already from Hunt #1. They raised the water however over all that good spot. It was like it was the other day...just to high to do much. And only went up like 8-10 inches.
It will go down and I will find more. Id say i will find at least a dozen more nice artifacts by the end of the month if I keep sticking with it and going a few times a day.
I will keep them coming man. Glad I can give you some entertainment
