- PeeWeeToms, who started making videos to inform and inspire people with cancer, has died. Toms, whose real name was Dan Thomas, was diagnosed with sarcomatoid carcinoma a few years ago and starting vlogging about his journey in January. He popped the question to his girlfriend Becca in September and they were married a few days later. Within a few weeks, Thomas was in hospice. My sister was diagnosed with cancer in January and my mother was diagnosed with cancer last friday please pray for them 😢
I won't pray for them, because as this video and all of the countless deaths at horrifyingly early ages from cancer of those who prayed to their gods relentlessly shows, superstition or religiosity does absolutely *nothing.* I will however send your mum and sister the very best wishes and fervently hope that they receive the best treatment possible. Remember, these days cancer can be beaten. And very often is.

My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was checked for lung cancer because I have calcified granuloma on my lungs and I have none so far but I have to be checked again in a year. I will try to live out this year as best as I can just in case.

Gunnar Pierce sorry to hear about your sister and your mother I had cancer twice it never ran in my main family do to my journey the one thing I did do I surrendered my life to the Lord because I was very scared that I didn't know which way it was going to end up but he gave me the strength to go through my treatments and I beat it I pray everyday that it never comes back I'll pray that God keeps his hands on your family that your mom and sister will pull through this you see the devil got beat with an ugly stick at Calvary he got his butt whipped a couple good times messing with me

Dan always ended his vlogs with " Take care, ta-ta, buh-bye ". Following his journey through this hideous, unrelenting disease was tough at times but he had the decency to share his struggles with us so it was only fair to repay him by standing with him. It's a real shame he's no longer here but happily he's no longer in pain ... and he amassed a whole load of vlogs to be released after his death, so we have those to look forward to. My sincere condolences to his mum, dad, two brothers and his lovely wife. " Take care, Dan, and ta-ta, buh-bye ".

I found Dan on youtube while looking for stuff up on my mother’s cancer at that time and I’m a now 15 year breast cancer survivor but I watched him from day 1 to present. You wouldn’t think he would be able to teach me anything this far in. 15 years is a long time to have that constant fear but he did. He was a brave fighter and he fought until the end. I can’t even explain to you the emptiness that I feel now that I don’t have him popping up on my phone almost every single day, for it seems so long but it wasn’t at all. Thank you for showing Dans journey, it’s truly what he wanted.
I hope that he's moved on to a wonderful new existence. His openness helped a lot of people.

I had testicular cancer it sucked going to chemotherapy but 7 years later still in remission but didn't go telling everybody about it I kind of stay to myself family and a few friends knew but I beat it and like he said cancer don't care I was training to be a boxer I was healthy I was muscular and it took it all away my life did suck going through chemo but you know it makes you realize the things you have and not take for granted life.
Hope you continue to keep well. My nephew was 23 when he endured 3 operations and a hectic 48 hour chemo treatment. He survived testicular cancer and will be 42 this year.

@@jen9774 that's wonderful I'm glad he beat it chemotherapy does suck it was the worst thing that's ever happened to me in my life I rather get shot in the hand then go through chemo again. Well I'm glad he's doing good tell him losing one testicle doesn't make him any less than a man makes him stronger then he once was and there's other guys out there like him. Stay strong!! Just to say a reason why he told ppl about it and documented it was because it's a very very rare form of cancer. There has been little study and documented cases of it.

Words literally can't explain how I feel right now. I'm sobbing whole writing this but I subbed to him in January and really enjoyed his videos cause he was always bubbly even what times where hard and he was always just living life but Once he uploaded the videos of him in hospice I could kinda tell the time was coming cause he had changed so much by then and cancer was really taking a toll on him. This is defiantly a tough time for everyone and it saddens me so much. I don't see this as he lost more as I honestly don't know but he is strong and know he's in an amazing place right now. I miss and love you so much Dan. 😓💖

Marybeth Langendorf I’m aware of, and saddened by Emily Hayward’s passing. I followed her cancer journey. I think her wife Aisha is a wonderful person as well. However, I was referring to another TH-camr, named Asha Sharron, as I stated.😊 She had lupus and pulmonary fibrosis.
Asha Sharron passed on Aug 28th. Dan passed on September 28th. Asha was also following Dan's journey and had been in communication with him. It's all so very sad and heartbreaking that they both went so young at 30 and 32. I hope they met each other on the other side 💔💔💔.
I miss seeing Dan on here. Such a good soul. Rest easy Dan. Many people all over the world miss you.

Being a hospice nurse and seeing a lot of death … I hoped and prayed for a better out come for Dan when I watched his vlogs … He fought tooth and nail daily and he gave it one HELL of a fight that's what I admired most about him … He didn't lay down or give in to death until the last week of his life …. God sends us these SPECIAL people for a very good reason and although Dan's life here on earth is done … His journey will continue on in heaven this I am 100% sure of …
I am so so sorry for your loss! My dad passed away from lung cancer 19 years ago. He lived 3 mths. after being told. I am glad he went fast. I did not want to see him suffer. I know it's not the same, my dad was 62. Tom was a great inspiration.♡ God bless!! ♡

Wow So shocked this story made it on Inside Edition. Just today I saw it on a British TV station.
I began following him nearly 4 weeks ago a awesome young man his courage amazing. But he spread hope to people with any medical issues of emotional as well. He wanted people to live life to the fullest. His funeral is Oct 8 at 3:30 in UK of course and his website has all the info
Never has a young man impressed me so much a true loss to the world.

So miss his daily chats & pics. No matter what was happening that day in his life, he’d give us inspiration, smiles, challenges & laughter. He has done & allowed so much painful testing & procedures in order to find answers for developing treatments for his rare type of cancer (16 afflicted worldwide at the moment was 1 quote shared). He sacrificed for finding a cure, often having surgery with no anesthesia! A true warrior. Always loved; Never forgotten 💔from 🇺🇸
Didn't know him in person, but got to know him through his blogs. So yes, I feel like I knew him, so I'll say this: this guy was the strongest and most decent man I have ever known. HE WAS THE REAL SUPERMAN, inspiring thousands of people to appreciate their life, and others to not feel so alone. If I start to have a bad day, I think of him, and am able to turn it around. Thank you Dan. You made my life better in so many ways.
