Sound Mind- logical, something you can rely on and give good results. In the Biblical sense pertains to the understanding of right and wrong. We need be able to discern what is good for our soul and what is harmful (SIN). A Sound Mind has self- control and self- discipline to behave morally not bring slave to passions of ego and pride. This is the freedom Christ bestows us, liberating us free from SIN. Galatians 5:1 For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.
