Great job. The person going around and around in the white car could have stopped and helped you since he/she had so much time on their hands. The city should maintain these drainage holes so when the rain comes the streets will not flood. These were the worst I have seen..
You deserve a big thank you from everyone on that street. Maybe have a neighbor’s clean up day and everyone helps with this hard work.
