HOW DO YOU TEST 12 VOLT SEALED LEAD ACID BATTERIES

Hello to all my Fans
I know all of you have commented on doing my video in 4-k but for the time being this is not possible as I'm just starting out with my channel and as it grows and I earn more income then I can advance my equipment but until then I am sorry I will not being doing videos in 4-k as the editing of them is to hard on my computer.

Heres an idea, although I'd say it might be more Taylor made for me, but I have an ion total ultra pa bluetooth speaker, wont power on, I have power to the on/off switch, but that's where it stops! Maybe a video on checking capacitors, diodes, resistors and such. Good info here!

Checking battery voltage doesn't check AH remaining.....a battery could be at 12v+ and pass a voltage test but fail a AH test

The only ah or load tester for a small sla battery like the little battery in his video that I can find is $350. A load tester for car batteries is only $30. I can’t seems to find something for the little sla batteries. How are you testing ah?

Yeah cheers for the info on average voltages and charging methods. I've been using a cheap trickle charger 500mA by Silverline, to charge my small 12v 4.5Amp battery for 12 hours at a time, is that ok or not?

Does a battery need to be fully charged before testing anything?

Testing a battery without a load is meaningless. You need to test the battery if it has enough current as well as voltage.
