Basically for global player you should do core and ultimate to get highest team dps, then luminance ultimate and you are in time before stigmata swap cd finish. while cn players only does rosseta's ultimate(can trigger qte) because Alisa's core passive kinda longer duration compared to luminance, so you are in time before stigmata swap cd finish. If you do both rosetta's core and ultimate, stigmata swap cd is already finished, that mean you waste your time too much in support character which is worse. The key to get highest score is don't waste too much time in support character but give the most air time to attacker, trigger qte and rotates character efficiently.

She wont have crit buff, no quick ult, not being able to ping orbs in ult and cant even switch to other character while ult is active, If lumi does not have leap you might as well run Eclipse, she would be better. I think Fury did this, because in the future Luminance will be replaced by Echo and it's kinda like wasting your resources. But at the moment, yeah, you should get Luminance leap firstly than Rosetta, but don't prioritize her upgrading.

QTE activation is something that need your own experience in the real gameplay, it's hard to explain about how a pro player trigger QTE like this or that because to many variable

Priority to this 1. Sacred Chain lv.18 After using ultimate increase CRIT DMG 20% and CRIT Rate 75% to the next switch in character 2. Spiritual Prayer Dance lv.18 Increase Physical DMG by 20% to heal the target, also gains 12 energy after triggering her QTE 3. I do not understand why after finishing her usual combo, why u don’t swap rosetta and lumin do her things before reentering Bianca to battle field instead of x2 3-ping, triggering her core and using the second ulti but the stack count did not charge enough? yes, depends on how cope u wanna play her, minimum would be Base S and Sig weapon. She's "OK" with 5 star wep. furthers ranks just means smoother gameplay = better enjoyment.
On the SS0 and SS Luminance rotation, why would you not Ult with Luminance before swapping to Stigmata? Unless the enemy is weak enough where they'd die without it, all you'd manage is waste time going for a second rotation, no?

When Luminance Leap performs the ultimate, The first 4 stacks increase CRIT rate by 5% per stack. From the 5th time onwards, increase CRIT rate by 25% per stack. So, 7 stacks = 75% CRIT rate maximum Luminance's meter stack is in the middle of your screen.
