No mention of the classic 'My set arrived broken, it was all in pieces!' :-)
This is a sequel video, that was in the first one.
The only Amazon reviews that honestly frustrate me are the ones where people will leave a bad review on a product that were damaged in shipment.
Yeah, non product reviews need to be removed quickly.
It’s not legos fault. It’s the delivery driver blame them
@@Gusfring737i heard some horror stories like when a delivery guys decided to toss a box and catch it which had a living animal in it. Like how ignorant are you there is a living thing in there
Oh cool is not the right response a delivery guy when the receiver says there is a snake in there and to be careful
GREAT SPITBRIX LEGO ONE STAR 🌟 REVIEW ON LEGO SETS.
I... half-agree. When that kinda stuff happens to me, it's all on how they respond to my return/replacement request if something was damaged or the wrong item was shipped.
Usually they're fine and pretty good about it, giving some extra packaging or sending the right item out.
However i've had several instances where they refused, handled it poorly, or in one particular instance actually stole my debit card information to order the wrong item from Home Depot and have it shipped to my address and claimed it good.
I distinctly remember seeing A Link To The Past rated at...like, 1.5 stars, and every negative review had the exact same complaint of the game not working on their kid's "brand new" 3DS.
This is why Nintendo naming the upgraded 3DS the "New Nintendo 3DS" was their dumbest marketing decision.
Pretty sure the Wii U was *also* their dumbest marketing decision... the "New 3DS" issue was... they.. added a tiny little nub and a total of.. I think 7 games exclusive to it.. and that was it... a nub..
How would that game work on a 3DS at all? They removed the GBA slot after the DS Lite!
@@scottthewaterwarrior it's available for download on the New 3DS
I really missed this series
Same
I can see the logic in the 1☆ reviews. Some people don't even bother reading the good reviews, and go straight for the bad ones. The 5☆ mostly are sponsored or bots, but the real ones that sometimes give you an honest opinion or a laugh at people's stupidity are the lower reviews.
Yeah but giving 1 star lowers the rating and if I see a product that says like "3.3 Stars" I am not gonna go looking at the reviews to learn the 1 and 2 stars are actually all "it's actually good" because that doesn't make sense, that isn't what you should be doing... lessen the bots don't review bomb a thing you like
Wrong. Most 1 stars are worth ignoring.
I own the lego bonsai tree and i love it and the effects the loose studs give it. The only negative i have is that i once accidentally knocked it to the ground at 3 am whilst reaching for my phone to check the time
I have mine set on a shelf above my head, no accidental knocking over. But, yeah, I could see hunting for 200 little flat studs at 3 AM would be annoying AF.
0:43 maybe they meant "Weird guy. The end." As if all they had to say was that there was a weird guy.
Just imagine Eva finishing build and than looking at it and was like: ... Well.... Talk. Why Are you not talking 👁️👄👁️
Given how cursed those Disney mouse figures look, the last thing I'd want is for them to start talking.
1:07 he means “Weird guy, the end” as if there isn’t anymore problems. He’s probably talking about the hulk
I wish people would stop reviewing things by the delivery, Amazon will ask for that immediately after you get it
One of my favorite complaints was that the NES set didn’t actually let you play Super Mario 😂
0:50 The weird guy? Could the captain Puerto Rico be the weird guy?
The reason people find these reviews helpful is because these reviews help people laugh. 😂
9:18 this got me laughing😂😂😂💀💀💀
The idea of some people getting a LEGO set with a "weird guy at the end" is actually horrifying.
When I was like 4 I got a 3-1 creator set and was disappointed because I didn’t realize that I could only build 1…but I ended up just taking it apart and building each one once.
I remember seeing an Amazon review on a minifigure collection years ago and the people gave it a 1 star saying "there's no black people". Kinda funny when you consider all the minifigures were yellow
I’ve had a piece missing from one of the large technic sets. Yes, it’s a bit annoying at the time because you just want to get on with the build. But, as you say, their customer service is flawless, just pop online and quote the set and part numbers and they send them out to you really quickly.
imagine getting upset that lego put a bunch of cheap studs in the set to mimic soil and say "they only did this to raise the price"...I dont think studs raise the price of a set that much 😂 especially the botanicals
Not sure what the exact price per piece is, but adding 200 pieces isn't going to raise the price a little, it's going to raise the price by at least $15, nearly a third the price of that set. Now, I have that set and I am perfectly fine with the price (I got it on sale, but would have happily paid full price) as the effect is quite good as the mossy dirt the bonsai is seated in.
a lot of people actually think that set prices are based on piece count. I commonly hear people say things like "did you know that the price of a set is $0.10 times piece count?!
it might give a rough estimate but it is never accurate. some sets being 1100+ pieces but only being $80 or so for example where a different set wtih 1100 pieces might be $130
@@mimivrc4148 Well, to a certain degree they are based on parts count, but not *entirely* on parts count alone, since some are more expensive than others. The $0.10 is just a ballpark/average figure.
I remember i bought the lego museum, it had almost 2 bags missing, i contacted lego and they replaced my parts so fast. Out of over 70 sets i own, this was the only time it happened
They’re bots. They have to be
or just trolls
Thease are allways so random
I bought the new Marvel logo set and while I'm intimidated by Technic anything, I found it a rewarding build and quite displayable.
I love this video series
Dead internet theory❌
Dead Amazon theory✅
Went to a liquidation store and found the bonsai tree beat up but new in box still for $25, had no reason to complain there js
You saw the box was beat up and had the choice to purchase it in that condition. I mean, half price would be a bargain for such a lovely set. Buying something online, especially when you're presented with an image (likely stock) of an intact box, you expect it to be fully intact when you receive it.
Mini figures 😂 life size 😂
It's always my grandkid this, or you ruined my kids' christmas. Honestly, if this one thing ruined christmas for you, then this makes me happy
"The world doesn’t change you; you change the world."
I love these series
0:00 already a banger
These people are mostly creeps(the first),actually mentally ill or just edgy kids or adults
Lego Mickie and Minie Mouse will never threaten to stab you and in fact can not speak.
There was one time where I visited Legoland, Ca where my mom got me the Creator 3 in 1 set number 5767 Yellow Convertible. The day after we got home, I started building it and found it was missing a lot of pieces. My mom ordered a new one and I got it 2 weeks later and it had all the pieces. I don’t know if it’s my memory or not but the piece count on both box’s were very different. I don’t have any pictures of this but that’s what happened.
To be honest, when I see funny reviews or ones with terrible spelling I click on "helpful" just for fun
rip to the guy who thought minifigures were "lifesize"
I really missed this
I thought i had become daltonic somehow because i started having a lot of issues telling different shades of green apart in the instructions when building the medieval dragon, or the different shades of brown in some Mybuild stuff
Fairly certain it was just print quality issues tho because on the screen/when watching the actual set, i have no problem
I find the bonsai tree really annoying as the build is unstable.
Honestly, though, that crab in the Deep Sea Creatures 3-in-1 is pretty poor. I worked in a toy store that sells used Lego, and while sorting our secondhand Lego, we pulled out a complete crab from that set. And then I spent several months upgrading it with odd bits and pieces I'd find while sorting. And now it's much larger and more realistic.
1000% agree with the last reviewer. Every billionaire is a policy failure.
Amen. I'm with Jesse Ventura's assessment, they shouldn't exist, period.
Still not a LEGO review moron. You're the kind of idiot that writes these moronic reviews.
I would probably leave a one star review for the mickey/minnie set if they DID start talking. I would also have to consider getting a priest.
I was looking at reviews for a battery: "1 star, IT BLEW UP" they then specified that they plugged it in not with the included charger and not through the discharge port... no duh it exploded
2:41 Now if I ever did get five out of five for the set as well as an AA AAA plus and minus will be considered that this set should’ve gotten a perfect score
What do you mean?! Did you think the LEGO figures were gonna start talking to you!? -4:00 😂😅
Natural selection
One big set I have came without any red connectors.
I bought a big bag of them without noticing LEGO.
Les gooooo part 3 i think
Must say as someone whis buimt that green car set i think the worst part (and with a lot of the technic cars) is the amount the technic pins can pinch your fingers and just get really fiddly. I swear i built one and afterwards my fingers were agony
I kind of get the complaint about just dumping small pieces of lego into the bottom, they could have easily designed some special custom bricks to give it a finish in the bottom. It's not like lego haven't designed completely customised shape pieces for individual sets before lol.
I love your channel❤
Cool please make more💜
meanwhile actual meaninful reviews get denied. such as a review alerting other buyers of an item with false advertising.
Some of these are probably misunderstandings (I think “bad set, 10/10” might’ve mean “bad” as in “cool”), others are trolls, but I think maybe the guy who thought the flowers tasted good and some of these others really out to try eating these sets. It’ll be good for the gene pool. 🤣
I was missing a piece in two different sets. One I actually sent off for a replacement which promptly arrived for free. Later I found the lost piece in the bottom of the box. 😑 The next time that happened I searched for a long time and eventually found it under my table behind the leg. So I'm doubtful anyone is missing 4 or 5 pieces!
I disagree about the missing pieces. Almost everyone I do is missing something. Thankfully, I have done over 60 large kits so I have extra pieces.
You get some hilarious reviews on Amazon XD
LEGO should consider selling pre-built sets.
Got to love trolls, sometimes.
"Not life sized" is probably an "lost in translation" im pretty sure they mean "not to scale" which every lego builder knows that the minifigure scale is a bit out of whack :)
I do wonder if the person complaining that the figures weren't 'life sized' and that they were so tiny were expecting 3.75" figures to come with it. Amusingly, IIRC some LEGO packages *do* have pictures of mini-figures that are literally the same size as the figures themselves.
This is my favorite of Spitbrix’s series’s.
9:17 tho, lol
7:34-7:49 if those people were actually serious they must have been popping acid.
Where I live everything comes from the Mexico plant. And every set I’ve ever built with more than 1400 pieces is missing 1-3 pieces.
EXCELLENT SPITBRIX WORK. MORE LEGO CONTENT
Bro this bot is in the comments of every single spitbrix video
Box keeper here. I would give a review for the set and one for the shipping fail
I agree with Jonathan.
best review hands down 11:00 🤣
Ive had 3 new sets that had missing pieces cause i have horrible luck, thank god for the bucket
Ridiculous 1 star reviews part 3!!!
The last few sets where mising a few pieces, the worst being set 10335 "The endurance" missing 8 Dark Tan Battle Droid Mechanical Arm for the rope ladders (in Dutch called Want) to the sails.
5:00 maybe he wanted to write the german word "dezent" wich means subtle.
01:10 thanos probably (talking about the end of the movie 'avengers')
If you cant build lego car you shoud not be able to drive real car..
_Mini_ figure isn't life sized...
Just the name implies that!
ITS BACK
As silly as those 1* reviews are, I honestly am more annoyed by the absurd number of 5* reviews on whatever product (not just Lego). In my book, those should be reserved for something truly perfect. And as much as I like Lego, only very few sets are without some flaws, and I consider 4* already very high praise. But it seems to be thing of these times, either 1* or 5*, and ignore anything in between.
And another pet peeve of mine: Product reviews are not seller/shipping reviews! A good product that arrives dammaged because of poor packaging or whatever reason is not suddenly a bad product. Get a replacement and give the seller a poor review, but judge the product on its own merits.
Numbers lower than 5 represent varying levels of downsides or issues with the product, they aren't ignored. Also if 4 is very high praise, is a 3-star product something you typically recommend buying? It sounds like you're using the star system in a way that will only confuse people who read your reviews.
@@hijjak97 don't worry, I rarely write (or read) reviews nowadays since they have become so completely useless.
But indeed, products generally do have some downsides, and rarely are 100% perfect. Nothing wrong with mentioning that, is it? Even a 3* product isn't neccessarily bad, but know what you're getting into.
For an example with Lego, look at the 10330 McLaren MP4/4. A set I would want to love, but despite it's high price has some of the worst prints in Lego history, too many stickers, several poor design choices, and top top it all of those way too narrow rear tires. Yet it gets a 4.8 from 1205 reviews. Please explain to me how this in your book should be considered a perfect 5* set...
Roblox hackers be like: I gonna steal your account. Two minutes later. yay I got your account
2:37 no it's something to do with a triple A battery
I am so sorry for your loss and I hope you find peace in this time and I know you are in my prayers as I know that your heart and prayers will come your direction in this time EDIT: This is not my pet rat this is for my pet rat’s ant hat he accidentally ate you are not my rat
I sort off get the point of the first few Lego Amazon reviews. My understanding is that the one with the missing part and the weird guy could mean they bought the set from third party and not the official Amazon from there warehouses. I hope people understand what I saying, like how you go and buy let say a LEGO set off Amazon you can do it though Amazon or a third party that sell on Amazon. At least that how I am making sense of some of the reviews
Weird guy, The end. not weird guy at the end
Comas make a world of difference
Every Lego set i buy on amazon is damaged. If you go to the Lego store they would give you a discount but amazon you have to send it back and get a replacement and get another damaged box. 😊 8:37
My only response to the thumbnail is “Skill issue” (probably. I haven’t actually built that set)
10:48 lol
I've bought warehouse deal sets in "acceptable" condition with better boxes than those😅
I'm pretty sure some of those reviews are trolls though.
“Bad video! Anyways I rate it 10/10” (this comment is a joke, the video was genuinely good, you need to watch it to understand)
One time i ordered the lego ninjago city markets i sorted all the bags out, no 41 anywhere i contacted lego and they said theyd send me a bag 41 specifically for that set, the was back in december 2024 and i still havent got the bag
2:32 6 A's = 5 stars.
But meanwhile my review of a product being the wrong thing gets removed or not posted. :')
crazy? I was crazy once
No one should have to pay taxes. Taxation is slavery.
Lego mario also talks.
great vieo make more pls
This was painful to watch
Hi
And at Lego stores the sell the missing pieces you need in order to complete it there problem solved
is this video underperforming or does it just take a few weeks to get into the 100k range
Underperforming, but the reaction from those who have watched is very positive. More likes and comments than usual.
@@SpitBrix interesting thanks for the info, was curious
I only have had one set missing parts. And it was the lego ninjago fire temple with the dragon that i got for christmas, and the two dragon head pices were missing witch sucked but my parents orderd them for me.
I'm guessing most of these reviews where young teens (or kids) idk 😂
