These appear to all be classic negative discharges (although without direct measurement of current or field change, certainty is not as high from a video alone).

Wont be for awhile now, heading into our long brutal winter. Last 2 years have been really bad for storms here. Been either too hot and dry or too cool and wet. Hoping next year will be better.
