  • I knew that I needed to dedicate time to the things I wanted to achieve in my near future, so I started searching for self-improvement protocols that would help me stay focused on my goals. When I found Iman Gadzhi's Monk Mode protocol, it was an easy decision to start immediately. Unlike other long-term challenges, Monk Mode allowed me to create my own parameters so that I could specify my desired outcome.
    The flexibility of Monk Mode is what makes it unique, and there is no doubt in my mind that the vast majority of people watching this video would benefit from doing their own version of Monk Mode. In fact, I got so much out of mine that I am already looking forward to my next Monk Mode as I am writing this.
