I just did this. Thanks for the video!
Pro Tip: If you use a drawstring bag, the top is already reinforced. Align the pattern on top and one side and you save needing to tape the one edge and top. Also, make sure you leave most of the drawstring attached that way you can tie it as a belt.

I love this idea! I can't tell you how many times snow day comes and I either 1 can't find the snow pants or 2 the snow pants have been outgrown! With 3 eager kids wanting to go out and play, this will work in a snap. Thanks so much!

theres a better way though. you can get stuff that you wash your clothes with that makes it water proof. this way its more breathable as its not just the water that makes you cold, its the sweat.
