It is so refreshing to see a women talking about the different general strengths of men and women!!! I've been hearing nothing lately but "Men and women are exactly the same" if not "All women are better than all men", which are very tiring messages to listen to. I don't WANT to be the same as a man. That difference is exactly what I'm looking for!!! Everyone brings different but equally important strengths to the table. Amazing tips overall; very good life advice to take into any sort of relationship, romantic, platonic, whatever. Keep doing what you're doing, girl. Your whole demeanor is inspiring!!!
Depends on where you are looking in to be honest. Social media, especially TH-cam and TikTok, is saturated with "Feminine Energy" content, pointing and celebrating the precise differences between men and women for individuals that desire such a message(it should also be noted this TH-cam channel also has over 400.000 subscribers and this is definitely not a coincidence). Now, if you are referring to "Feminist" places, propagating the notion of "Female Supremacy", then obviously you will eventually be turned off(curiously, many of the individuals that peddle such a message are usually single and alone as well). Life is abundant with opportunities and options, you just have to be aware of what you are looking for and even more importantly, where to find it.
Great video :). Something that I heard that really resonated with me - do not talk to your loved ones about your partners negative traits/behaviours, because you will eventually forgive them, but they won't.
You are so right concerning saying negative things in front of your people. My husband butt dialled me one time when he was driving my sister somewhere and he was complaining about an upcoming trip with me because I'm such a terrible traveller. Still makes me cry when I think about it and broke my heart at the time.
I haaaaated when men would ask me what I brought to the table! Just take the 10 minutes over coffee to get to know me a tiny bit to see if what I “bring” matches what you want!
Habit 2 makes you very agitated. That passion right there is a great trait to have for life partner that is a team player! Habit 5 is one of the gamechangers! Great video, glad I found your channel! (Male perspective here!)
I'm from Ukraine (meaning I'm also Slavic), and that "trying to do more" thing hit me haaard! I actually plan to work out this pattern with therapy. Yes, it's that bad ) Thank you so much for mentioning it.
I am new to your channel, but I love so much how articulate you are and how cleanly you speak! As a fellow Slavic girl, I agree that there is a massive difference between the ways girls and boys are brought up, and I mean the negative side of "you don't bring enough to the table". I have nothing against men, I just don't like when women are regularly bashed for some things and men are often put on pedestals even when they don't deserve it. I am also surprised that for some people habit 4 could be a discovery. I don't even know how I learned that you never speak bad of your partner to other people. Whatever the conflict may be, don't put it out there for other people. I completely understand the desire to vent out and just share your own frustration with someone close to you. But at the end it feels like betraying your partner by not resolving things with them first
My s.o (male, 29) is very insecure and it's exhausting, indeed. I just wish I could be more feminine and relaxed emotionally on a daily basis. I realize now that if I complete what he is lacking (masculine energy), I end up lacking on my feminine energy, and chaos ensues 😅 We get so disconnected. I will try to follow these tips. Thank you very much!
I really must say, you have such a great energy. I genuinely feel your so honest and caring with everyone around you. Such a pure gem. Love to be as a part of your community ❤ keep going girl !!
Most of those things boil down to being a kind and respectful partner but from your title I had hoped to get some actionable advice on advancing as a person. I feel like you made the video about how to be a good girlfriend but being mesmerizing hasn’t anything to do with one’s relationship status or gender. The effort you put into this video shows but the title frustratingly doesn’t seem too fit your topic. I really like and agree with your points though, just wandet to point it out :)
Where are you from? My family is originally from Bosnia and I absolutely relate to the differences made between the upbringing of girls/women and boys/men
