I've got a slight problem? After a while it can only transfer 128KB, any fix?
Thanks for this !
When I type the "enable" command I get (Unknown cmd: enable) Can anyone tell me why I am not able to change to privileged mode "switch#" prompt when I type enable? What would cause it to not recognize the enable command?
THANK YOU!!!
Very strange : get this message after running copy xmodem: flash:cat9k_lite_iosxe.16.12.01.SPA.bin Then I get : Unsupported destination device/filesystem bit it shows the flash directory
supported filesystem(s):
flash: flash
usbflash0: front-panel USB 0
usbflash1: front-panel USB 1
I am trying to restore my Cisco 3560G using the .tar file instead of the .bin file and working web interface via HTML folder files. I was hoping this video would have shown how to restore IOS using the .tar file instead of .bin file and then how to extract/uncompress the .tar file within Flash. I kindly ask to please consider doing another video that shows how to do these things. Thank you so much.
Cisco has removed access to all of older IOS unless you have an organizational contract with them. What a shame! Anyone knows where to get the latest or most reliable IOS for C3750G-48PS?
2500 cisco router - i set config-register 0x3922 - but now i cannot access router via hyperterminal i get a (x) showing or flashing curser - nothing else
anyone help ?
im trying to copy ios from tftp server as cisco 2500 ios is probably corrupt
Thank you so much!!!!!!
Why you request it to be sent and not recieve ?
If you get time could you upload a video on how to re-load the "HTML" folder ? thankyou
the Cisco 3560 can not have the web pages uploaded as the is not enough space. only the 3560G can. I dont have said switch so cant really show that
Personally the web UI is kinda useless anyway. if you want a web managed switch get a HP 1810-24G, fanless and web managed. or a Cisco SG300-28 also fanless web managed but also layer 3
thank you bro
Your mirror link in the description is broken ( ends up at 404 )
Hi, I'm new to Cisco, thanks for this video it worked like a treat. Can you point me in the right direction for getting the webservices going?
What if..... I cannot even..
"dir flash:"
"flash_init" fails.
"format flash:" fails.
"fsck flash:" fails.
And it says bad areas in flash?.
Afraid that likely means you have a faulty mainboard. Had a Cisco 1142 that wouldnt boot and I couldnt reflash it with the same bad areas issue.
how do you do this via putty?
i killed my 2960 and now its working again...thank goodness
is for Switch 3560-CX?
yes bro
