You mean "I own every US game on the Virtual Boy" tbh some of the Japanese exclusive games are fun but but really are only for the most committed of collectors.
yeah several of those Japanese exclusives sell for easily over $1000 on Ebay! The affordable ones are VTetris (~$30), Virtual Fishing (~$40), Space Squash (~$100), and Insmouse no Yakata (~$100-$200). After those, they get ridiculously expensive!

@AMysticSeer When someone is "r/whoosh" ed it is when they miss the premise of a presumably obvious joke. In this case the original poster was making a joke of the fact that the VirtualBoy was never released in Europe. You seemed to have missed the joke, giving a very blatant no, explaining why, when the one making the joke had to have known the information you have given already to make the joke. Tl;Dr: You didn't get the joke.
Congrats on finishing your US set. I'm 3 shy of the full US set. I still need Jack Bros, 3D- Tetris, and Waterworld. Let's not get into which Japanese ones I'm missing. I may need to sell an organ for those. BTW: There's a 2 player version of Mario's Tennis for VB available now as well as a link cable.
I have no idea where you're based out of, but figured I'd let you know: there's a loose cartridge copy of Waterworld for sale at the Book-Off in my local mall, the Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance, California, U.S. It's $80, which... I have no idea if that's a good price or not. But it's there, in the glass case! I've seen it every time I've checked out that store for the last, like, 3 years, too, so it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. ;)
People didn’t get head akes when playing.. they just wanted more. So they qwote and qwote pretended that I gave them head akes and complained to Nintendo because they didn’t like the red and black colour scheme.. and it failed success. And soon got pulled of the market shelf’s.
Virtual Boy is still on my list of portables to get one of these days. I had one in the 90s & Galactic Pinball was awesome! Also had Red Alarm which was probably the most played by my friends. My Virtual Boy right eye gave out soon after my purchase of Mario Clash, so I got to enjoy it for a bit. Did not know about Jack Brothers going to be very happy to play it in the future at some point. In my opinion the Galactic Pinball was the best Pinball game up to that point! I really enjoyed my Virtual Boy back in the day it was a fun plug and play device for me! No TV needed!
Impressive work! I really like how much effort you put into all of your videos! The diverse content you upload can appeal to anyone into gaming. This video is a new milestone though.
Fun Fact: The sound effect of Mario's Tennis Ball hitting the screen in Mario's Tennis is also the Alarm Clock sound for the Nintendo DS' Alarm System.

I love the Virtual Boy. It deserved better. It has some good games and it just needed more of that. Also, unpopular opinion: 3D Tetris is the best Virtual Boy game. It really changed the gameplay of Tetris in a unique way and it payed off. Of course right behind 3D Tetris is Virtual Boy Wario Land and behind that is Mario Clash.
Also, Something I am still waiting for is a Virtual Boy emulator for the DS (not the 3DS). People say it's too hard to make because VB is more powerful than SNES, and the DS can't even emulate THAT properly, and to thst I say, "you're full of crap." The DS can VERY PROPERLY emulate SNES so I don't think it would be a stretch to make a VB emulator. Also I'm not an expert on chips and device preformance and all that but this is just what I think. If a VB emulator is NOT possible, then can someone at the very least take all 22 of the VB games and make DS ports? If anyone reading this knows about a VB emulator for DS or has a link for DS ports of VB games, please reply with them. I'll be editing to the end of time to play Virtual Boy on the DS. Thanks.
Having a virtual boy myself, it's awesome to get a look at all the games from the perspective of someone I look up to as a collector. Thank you for giving such positive review on these games, this greatly influences my choices on which ones I want to keep an eye out for!
Yes, people complained about eye strain, but do you know why? BECAUSE NOBODY HAD READ THE WARNINGS AND TIPS REGARDING THE 3D FUNCTION WHILE IT WAS LITERALLY ONE OF THE MAIN APPLICATIONS ON THE 3DS and yes, you might think reading it is boring, but if you had to choose between Losing a bit of time by reading something important Or Having you eyes hurt by playing a game, which leads to you not being able to play the game for a few minutes What would you choose? Used to have one. Played the hell out of it too! Tennis and boxing were my favorite. I found out quick that playing in a dark room helped your eyes to transition after your session. Still surprised I have 20/16 Vision today. Lol

I actually like your view. Most people are quite raging about the Virtual Boy but in fact, it was a console ahead of its time and was cut through technical limitations as well as a low budget in production. But I‘m excited to try this one as I am slowly gathering the parts to get my own VB.
Rofl... yes it is an emulator, and if I only collected games just to play them, I might never buy the physical carts. 😂 Gotta think like a collector, man 😛
exactly! He only used the emulator to get game footage for this video. Lol you try getting a camera to zoom into the eyepiece of an actual Virtual Boy and somehow get a clear image of half of the screen! Also, playing games on the emulator can never give you the full experience that playing an actual Virtual Boy does. I own one with all the US games except Jack Bros, and it is incredible!
The sad thing is some of these games look really good! Nintendo should really bring some of these games back for the Switch. Games like: Red Alarm Teleroboxer Mario Clash Jack Bros. Virtual Boy Wario Land Vertical Force Innsmouth no Yakata SD Gundam Dimension War Space Squash
How funny, Problem Solverz(which was also criticized for giving people eye strain/'bleeding') has multiple episodes featuring a game system with a headset display and a controller that looks like the NES' Power Glove.

I own this thing. I have tennis, golf, and wario. One of the screens went, and the foam light blocker is long gone. You truly have to try this monstrosity to see how uncomfortable it really is.
My grandmother bought a virtual boy in 1995, but she found it at a yard sale. The man sold it to her for 15$ it is still in the box, and we only used it once.
I don't think Ninendo's trying to forget the Virtual Boy existed, considering they tend to poke fun at the system from time to time. Remember "All hail the Virtual Boy!"?
I would love to see Tetris 3D come back as a modern game with non virtual boy visuals. Maybe it could even have options to change the art style of the blocks and thus add in a "virtual boy" style
Nintendrew, I know possibly every Mario Kart ever existed. Don't believe me? here's the list of Mario Kart games that I know (Chronological order): Super Mario Kart (1992) Mario Kart Virtual Cup (Cancelled) Mario Kart 64 (1996) Mario Kart Super Circuit (2001) Mario Kart Double Dash (2003) Mario Kart DS (2005) Mario Kart Arcade GP (2005) Mario Kart Wii (2008) Mario Kart 7 (2011) Mario Kart 8 (2014) Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (2017) Mario Kart Arcade GP VR (2017) Edit: I found out that there is another Mario Kart and that game is Mario Kart Arcade GP DX (2013). I also realized that I don't know Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 (2006) and I also discovered another Mario Kart game known as Mario Kart Tour (2019).
Probably one of my newest favourite systems in gaming! This review of all 14 games(btw congrats)was amazing. Just ordered my Virtual Boy With Mario Clash and Teleroboxer
You ever notice VR kinda followed Virtual Boy? Headset strapped to your head instead and a controller in hand.
I still have mine! It still works and I love it to pieces! Mario Clash is pure joy for me
I still find it fascinating at the time I was able to by v-tetris in stores here but I had to look online years later to get 3d tetris.
Nintendrew, I know possibly every Mario Kart ever existed. Don't believe me? here's the list of Mario Kart games that I know (Chronological order):
Super Mario Kart (1992)
Mario Kart Virtual Cup (Cancelled)
Mario Kart 64 (1996)
Mario Kart Super Circuit (2001)
Mario Kart Double Dash (2003)
Mario Kart DS (2005)
Mario Kart Arcade GP (2005)
Mario Kart Wii (2008)
Mario Kart 7 (2011)
Mario Kart 8 (2014)
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (2017)
Mario Kart Arcade GP VR (2017)
Edit: I found out that there is another Mario Kart and that game is Mario Kart Arcade GP DX (2013).
I also realized that I don't know Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 (2006) and I also discovered another Mario Kart game known as Mario Kart Tour (2019).
The thing has the same story as Sarah bellows from scary stories to tell in the dark. It was hidden away, and now is having payback ( in prices )
Great job!!
Your channel is awesome!!
Probably one of my newest favourite systems in gaming!
This review of all 14 games(btw congrats)was amazing.
I watched another review this before watching this one:He just said that everyone of them were bad except Wario Land but there are some really nice games here and there
Too bad if I wanted to get one I'd have to sell a hand or two
The pokemon mini as well, very good for collectors due to its small library. But i heard there is one game that is super rare
