Ingredients:
2 cup Maida
2 pinch baking powder
1 pinch bicarb soda
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
½ cup dahi
Pani - naram aata banane ke liye
2 tbsp butter
Pani - naan pakane ke lie
Butter - naan me lagane ke liye

I think this is very close to what I had enjoyed in India at a local restaurant in Andheri W. I really really really wanted this type of naan roti and it seems that naan prepared with your recipe I should be able to relish that texture of the Naan roti. Yummy....with Dal fry it tastes heavenly! (of course with onion thin slices and lemon slices.)
