    There are two types of pcod...overweight & lean. Nobody talks about "lean" pcod. Not all girls with pcod are overweight. So please provide a solution and diet plan for "thin" girls with pcod sir.

From the beginning irregular periods. Jaw-line acne & hairfall. 52kg, 36 years. Following your juice and sprouts daily morning from couple of months but still irregular periods.       Daily chew few neem leaves early in the morning with empty stomach and drink more water. Slowly it will work. I am sure it will work. Neem naturally purify the blood.     Sir all ur recipes are good . But non stick pans are not good . These are recent awareness. The chemical coated on pans are PFOA . Which are not good for health in long run .
