Seems like Hannah's hands are being tied down ->20min in and I'm surprised that Hidalgo keeps going right; I don't remember her ever going left so far?! But my bball knowledge is minimal...am I missing something? Oops 25min in and she going left...seems free to be her awesome self -she scoring, etc! GO HidalGOoo

UConn outplayed ND the first 3 quarters. Even though they did not play that great. It was obvious, at least to me it was, there was something wrong with Bueckers. I did not even know Geno made an excuse. I was concerned she may have had an injury. It was likely the worst game she has played since at UConn. ND got wiped out by Syracuse in their prior game. ND and UConn always play competitive games. But assuming they meet again--I expect UConn to win.
Further, Hidalgo had a great game. She is very good. But this will turn out to be her best game of the year.
And just like this meeting, the next meeting that they have will turn out the same way. Paige wasn’t hurt, she didn’t play her game because she got locked down. Everything was set for unconn to win, the stadium, the crowd, they even had former alumni there. They assumed that they would walk all over notre dame. And as far as Hannah and this being her “best” game, she played an even better game the very next game, even breaking her scoring record once again.
I mean, let’s be real, Hidalgo dropped 31 on the best team in the nation in her very first college game, she will only continue to get better, God blessed her in this game for sure, but don’t think for a second that this can’t happen again.

UConn is so trash..every time they play anyone worth playing they get smoked😂...How do u dominate your conference but get waxed once u play outside your conference 😂..I've been saying it for years...Uconn plays nobodies all year and can't survive the post season.
