I ran my first comrades last year. I followed coach Parry to the T including the pacing chart. I walked a lot and finished 9. 30, pain free. Mentally, physically, emotionally... I encourage listening to this team❤

I followed your pace chart to the second last year and had a fantastic run, got stronger and finished ahead of my goal by 4 minutes. It gave me peace of mind the whole way, will definitely follow Coach Parry's pacing this year!

I did two Kosmos 3 in 1 and this year will be my 3rd consecutive, it takes a lot on the body but it's a nice race to be part off especially if you are someone who stay in Secunda. My approach is to run all distances easily and minimize the pounding impact it has on the legs. Oh i did my first Comrades last year and finish with no issues, im going for my back to back this year.

Thank you for the comfort and assurance that one can finish Comrades strong. This will be my first Comrades.I did the Kosmos 3-in-1 this weekend and had a super awesome time.I ran walk as it was for training purposes and I finished with a total time of 10:15 injury and stress free.
    I had sooooo much fun🎉🎉🎉

I found stretching a huge help, also use a heat pack and Epsom salt baths

Just a bit confused…. So for sub 10 you say 3km run followed by a 1min walk. Then you say… walks on the big uphills… but do you walk the entire hill?
