Sleep hypnosis is a skill so to experience the maximum benefit you will need to practice it often. As this is an ASMR sleep hypnosis is includes multiple triggers for sleep and relaxation. This ASMR sleep hypnosis is the equivalent of self-hypnosis because I am not there to guide you in person.

I never remember the end of your videos as I tend to fall sleep in less than 20 minutes. (That’s a compliment, by the way. Noting on the off chance that was read wrong)

Although it's a tough subject, a video that could help with the letting go of relationship/sexual trauma could be helpful for myself and potentially others. Nothing too heavy would have to be mentioned explicitly.. maybe just some reassuring that what happened to us wasn't our fault . And that we can heal and learn to accept other's love. As well as letting go of our feelings of hatred towards those who hurt us. or even letting go of the effects of Stockholm.

This worked on me a bit too well
I fell asleep on my phone, so it ran out of battery and the alarm didn't wake me up
Even though I woke an hour later than usual I still made it in just about on time

May I ask, does hypnosis work for quitting smoking? or is it just a helpful tool whilst quitting? Its like an urban myth! (I am trying to quit) 😅

I have done a hypnosis for 'unhelpful habits' which you might find useful (there's a playlist), listen to it as an informational video (i.e. sit up and stay awake) as well as a hypnosis so you can engage your conscious and subconscious mind in the change process. Good luck x

I tried to do this one last night - I'm not sure if this is part of the 'paradoxical' plan, but IMO staring at a bright white screen with black numbers is not conducive to falling asleep. I support you on Patreon and have gotten a lot of benefit from your other videos, but this particular video wasn't for me.

Can you do a hypnosis to remember something we’re forgetting/missing? I feel like at this point it’s the only way to remember where I left all the things I lose 🧐

Too soft spoken for myself anyways. I can't use headphones or ear buds on account that, unfortunately I started losing my hearing in my right ear, and I'm only 37. So I avoid headphones and ear buds as it can worsen the ears.
    I wish it slightly louder

@TheASMRPsychologist I didn't expect a reaction so quick. I used one yesterday for adhd and it worked fast. When I tried this one I got agitated which led to the comment. Thanks for the second channel. Glad I commented. I added the first subscription relatively fast. Enjoyed the first ones.
