I just have the standard brown, yellow, green, and black going to the back of the truck Where would I get the trailer brake power to go to the back

I pulled mine from a stud on fuse box.

Does the wire u connected to under the truck go to the back to plug in

The wire under the truck is for the brake signal to the brake controller the wire behind inner fender is for brake feed and does run to the factory 7way

Actually now that I look closer there is 4 blue wires not sure which one

It will be the one just past the plug that is cut off and tapped

Just got my self a chevy c4500, you think will be somewhat semillar, what break controller did you use??

If it's around the same year then yes it should be exactly the same mine is an '07 and I just bought a regular curt brake controller from Napa. I did have to cut the plug in the of it. I did buy a brake controller wiring kit as well it is important that the blue brake feed wire is the right gauge.
