    Can you all make a video on how to kick multiple times without reseting completely? I'm talking about the kicks with the gallop/hop steps.
    You guys have a video with a switch kick and double kicks but don't explain double kick that much.

      DurellG the way my coach explains it is to push off the ground, on the return push the ground to force your leg upward and into your target

      You are not turning your hips over at the end of your kick if you are kicking elbows, don’t be lazy
