If you mean the boy at the very beginning, it is Jamie Bell from the original non musical Billy Elliot film. It was filmed before the musical was written.
@racetracksgoil- actually Kiril and David didnt join the cast untill after this..... these were all of the London Billys and the one you might be mistaking David for is Liam Redhead.

Yes Josh is on there but onl at the end, he runs on when they go into their finishing position, wasn't dancing.. don't know why!
he's in training now, it takes ages to learn the routines and everything so yeah he will be, just not yet
