Hmmm! I love the way you processed/creamed the yolks to add to the pasta salad. And lots of onion and crunchy celery. I’ll bet that’s delicious and will try b/c eggs go with pasta salad. I love deviled eggs too or just eggs fixed any way!
Here's one for you try pickling the egg before you cut them and remove the egg yokes it takes a few days to pickle the eggs but really kicks up the lavor I just use the jouse from pickled peppers .❤
Omg I make mines almost exactly but never added picked jalapeño. I'll definitely have to do a side of that. Please add more summer meal! We grill every weekend and I make the same sides.

When people ask me about it, I tell them I got it from Claudia on TH-cam and give them your link! I have your cookbook and try to make one dish a week that's on there. Again, amazing!! If you want to save time and effort, try using the Instant Pot of the hard-boiled eggs. Basically, 5,5,5. Five minutes in the IP, five minutes natural release and finished by five minutes in ice cold water. It saves me time and attention that can be somewhere else.

I make mine almost identical. But I used to use only mayonnaise. Sour cream cuts some of the richness.
