    So I did a thing yesterday. I did a headstand! I truly, honestly could not have done this without this video!! Adell’s headstand tutorial on TH-cam was soooo sooo sooo helpful. Everything she said on this tutorial really got me to the point I’m at now. From releasing the pinky to bending my knees (that REALLY helped! Bending my knees made a world of difference). Even her saying “be proud of yourself” for just being where I’m at, really gave me the confidence. I LOVE how Adell explains things in her tutorials. Her cues are on point and she is really just an all over great teacher! She gives enough instructions for us to keep at it and keep practicing! Practice practice practice is everything. Thank you so much! You’re an awesome teacher! I am so grateful for you! 💖💖💖

    totally chanced upon your video at the right time! i had neglected my practice for two months (i have no excuses). when i finally rolled out my mat, i was horrified by how unsteady my supported headstand had become (byebye core strength, byebye hamstring flexibility) and even somewhat frustrated by my progress after 2 weeks of daily practice. i couldn't figure out why i couldn't go from a ball to straightening out my legs one at a time, and i couldn't maintain a stacked ankles-over-hips-over-shoulders. whatever the case was, watching your videos on both IG and YT made me feel grounded again. incorporating your tips helped me to be patient with myself and get into my most satisfactory headstands in months. so a huuuuuge THANK YOU adell!
