I see why you think this. Not really. The main thing to being shifty is how the body moves. I think sometimes people confuse shifty with quick and tend to think smaller guards are shifty when they are moving quick because of the type of movement!

That means you know how to handle the rock! Probably lean towards one style more than the other. During certain situations tho you resort to one or the other style depending on what you’re trying to do.
