Good morning Hornby Mag gang.. Quick question... whose make of lovely loco lamps on the front of Princess Arthur of Connaught. Like to get a set for my new Hornby Princess Elizabeth. Thanks for nice review. All the best
The sound on 46207 sounds great. I have fitted a tts decoder to my new 46206, but it doesn’t sound as good as that! Have you used a different decoder and speaker?
Can you list in the description which carriages you pulled behind this loco, with their Hornby number, and are they representative of the period? Thanks.
Just a question, enthusiastic modelers in the EU will face increased prices due to import duties and Vat ,how will this annonimily factor into the future of the hobby going forward. Irish and EU Citizen 🇮🇪 🇪🇺
Not necessarily, The group retains EU brands that can be used to promote the range. The manufacture of models in China already means WTO tariffs apply anyway while VAT rates are a domestic applied tax in each domain.
Would've loved 6207 in LMS livery. She's the loco in Study of Steel. As for BR liveries 👎 They're a hard pass I buy pre-geouping and Big Four. But I'm aware your largest buying group the Boomers want to relive their BR childhood memories of the late 50s-60s.

Question, I like some of English OO engines and cars / wagons. Will OO engines and wagons run HO Track?
Yes as the gauge of track between HO & OO is the same, the difference is the scaling of rolling stock & buildings between the two scales/gauges.
