역시 제작할 때 제일 까다로운게 wtc방수작업이군요. 장인답게 작은 스케일 제작도 성공하시는게 멋지십니다.

working out all those leaks for just a few centimeters of depth in that tank is one thing... i think if you put that in a pool and dive it where it can go a few feet its going to leak again. Buts the fun/hardship of working out leaks, its more satisfying when you get it right.

Mystic is intended to run in a koi fish tank with a water depth of 30cm, so I don't think the current water leak will be a cone problem.

Do you think that such waterproof shafts are an acceptable solution for bigger depths? I'm talking about 15 meters. Or would it be just easier to use waterproof motors? I'm not sure because i would use the sub in sea water, which would ruin the motor.

Instead of a piston tank you could use a vertical thruster to control depth. Like in the Nikko sub, th-cam.com/video/5MFP8Bk0Wg0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=w69lRtXfeGlZCkqx
Would be easy to disguise the thruster inside the mating collar.

Hovering is impossible when using vertical thrust...
