Thank goodness those girders are no longer in use, Hillsborough brought that into sharp focus. Lovely soft work on the bronzing & shadow work on Bremner’s shirt in particular. MOT! Asidi
Back in the 70’s were proper football games
I remember seeing footage of a game from 75 when Detby played Leeds and Norman Hunter brought down Francis Lee and a punch up broke out the ref sent off both players and the fight started up again 🤣 (Billy Bremner played that day)
I can also remember in 2019 when Derby & Leeds were playing each other in the championship semifinal (2nd leg) what a fantastic game that was even for the neutral fan.
(I know on both these occasions Derby won so I’ll add that Leeds biggest won over Derby was 5-0 in 1972 and Derby’s biggest win over Leeds is 5-1 in 1932)
