Bravo! This is one of my favorite pieces, and it’s being played by one of my favorite orchestras, and it’s performed beautifully! Ravel truly was one of the greatest composers!

HR Orchestra is a very beautiful orchestra, in my opinion one of the best in Germany but, listen once « La Valse » by Michel Plasson with l’Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse and you will understand obviously how Ravel’s music and particularly that piece have to be played .
Great great piece of music!! Wonderful orchestra!! But WHY does this conductor make a “spectacle” of himself with such terrible HAIR?! At one time he looked nice. But now he has become almost a “disgrace”, as other conductors have done also! Have respect for the office of orchestral conductor please & not bring “condemnation” on a fine orchestra!!! Let “good common sense” be your guide! This orchestra has become a great great favorite of mine!!! Mr. Thickey has schpoken! “Ach du lieber, mein schatz”!

Once again this orchestra shows themselves to be one of the finest in Europe. The camera work and audio quality is excellent as usual.
