Your channel has helped me learn so much in a very short time and I am so glad that you host this channel regularly . its one of the best channels around for PLC programming and Automation. Love it. Thank you.
Very honestly speaking I have hardly seen such a decent person like you. Please do not worry about more talking, more you talk more we know 😀. Being a good programmer it is needed to know what is happing in the controller level. Thanks a lot!
Thank you for all your videos. This has been very helpful. I have been in Rockwelll-Land for many many years and I needed some kick-start info to get me going in TIA Portal. Thanks again!
Could you explain this more? Right click where? And in which configuration screen? I am struggling with my Profisafe connection despite having functioning Profinet standard I/Os
Safety IO device [6ES7 136-6BA00-0CA0] has quiet different settings than the one you showed in this video. Question:--- > Time 27:00, so we still need to connect the sensor cables to both inputs i.e. %I0.0. & %I1.0 both, but no need to separately monitor them in Safety program? So if I have 2 E-stop actuators then I should connect E-Stop_01 to %I0.0 and E-Stop_02 to %I1.0 but only monitor %I0.0 in safety program?
Hello Jamal, I am using FDI [6ES7 136-6BA00-0CA0] and the error is discrepancy failure channel state 1/0. I have tried many stuffs including the things shown in above video. Could you please help me ..TIA
30min just talking about safety modules... and not even touching anything in depth. F-Stuff is very complex, don't forget to train on it before implementing anything on real machinery!
It's very important to talk about the technology, so that newbies like us can conceptualize the ideas. Take for instance the WinCC RunTime..I finally have an idea of its meaning after some of your videos and some personal effort into programming. I dont think youv given a talk on WinCC RT. The talk makes the idea come together very nicely.
I have safety PLC 1511 F PN... When i add safety card in my remote module it only accept F DI and for FDQ it is not allowing to give F addresses. It is saying aborted for assigning F address. What would be the problem?? Pls ans
Deckard Cain: Stay a while and listen! :-) At least you show everything. Most people only talk about few things in general and also mention that it is boring.
13:06 why two sensors? In addition to what youv said sensei, could it be that the two sensors use different technologies? Like if we wanted to measure level for instance, we could have capacitve level sensor and maybe radar level sensor? I dnt knw..
It's mostly for redundandy. If it comes to safety you better go with two sensors rather than one. You could also get some redundancy by using different technology (like you said with capacitive+ultrasonic) and use them in the program as just "signals"

Very welcome!
please stop complaining about the length of the video it was very useful make it longer :)
I'll try! :D
Time management!
Time management is ok i think.

You are the EKB of automation engineers. Thanks for sharing.
I love how he says "I'm not a professional", whilst teaching professionals.
"Stay a while and listen" - Love the diablo reference :D
Stay a while and listen... Diablo feelings.. great video!
Finally fully professional channel. Great job 👍👍👍👍👍
Nettes Video! Es ist egal, ob es länger als gewöhnlich ist! :))

Awesome video!! Once comment: when configuring the hardware make sure you right click and "assign profisafe address" for module to work!

Thank you phillip for this courses
Watching from Vietnam, thank you for sharing your knowledges, have a nice day to everyone
Bedankt
Thank you!

There are MANY different devices, 100% correct! Very complex topic

thanks phil, good sumup of some critical safety parameters!
The most valuable material about safety. My regards to you.
The way of explanation is awesome 👌👌
Very helpful Topic! Best place to learn tia is right here

Great video! Can you please make a video with ET200pro F-switch programming setup
Hey, teacher, from Kenya Africa
Do you plan to create some video about sinamics safety? It would be nice to see some Safety Acceptance tests for drives
Have a look here: th-cam.com/video/_891fire_tM/w-d-xo.html
Very good!
Good work 💪
Thank you!
Would you like to compare the "F-destination address ranger for PROFIsafe address" type 1 and type 2?
welcome to safety... lol
thanks hegamul
Loved it
Hey Hegamurl. Nice video as usual. One question! Are you planning to do any videos about Advance Kinematics? Keep going the good work!
thank you very much

Thank you
Thanks 👍
Please make a video about screen window.

Try stressing the second syllable in 'discrepancy' instead of the third :) Your presentation is otherwise flawless. 10 E coming up!!!

Great video, thanks!
