Hello Hegamurl, first of all I just want to thank you for making such Informative videos on Siemens PLC. Secondly my question is, in the video @ 17:35 you tried to change the IP address Manually but it didn't work and you said once you download the IP then you can't change until reset but then later part you change the IP of One of the CPUs in Device Configuration. What is the difference if we change the IP address in Online Access "Functions" or in Device configuration? Thanks

I'm using simulation, i tried to configure 2 cpus, which were assinged with a different IP address automaticlly from TIA. When i tired to assing an ip address, all the section was grey so i couldn't configure anything. But i can still access all the functions in the "online access" for both the cpus, although they are in a different networks. Do you know what is the reason for that?

I am using my CP-343 attached in rack with CPU 300 as an "IO Module" over profinet protocol with CPU 1500. After configuration "Operating mode" I exported my GSD from CPU 300 and import into CPU 1500 project but still I am not able to go online with GSD because GSD "Online & Diagnostics" are shwoing wrong module information online and offline where module details are not available.

Could you please use software in your pc so it can zoom on screen? (Sometimes is hard to read text specially by mobile phone)
Can try to use a lower resolution, that might help. I will test it and if it still looks okay then maybe use it
