Hey @masterleafcnc can you change the power upgrade so that you can select at any time not when you have more than 300 in resources
Yeah I wonder why the devs did this. You could start unit upgrades even with 0 resources but not the power plant.

What is the relation between Subliminal messaging of the Purifier, Confessor cabal and Voice of Kane? Do they stack with each other?
Does Confessor upgrade do anything for vanilla Nod infantry that is upgraded in terms of Subliminal messaging?
No, the buffs are not stacking. You can also include in the list the Eradicator Hexapod's buff.
check out Leaf's "... things that you didn't know about C&C3", sorry i don't remember the proper name, but in one of those videos he explained what's the difference, basically buff value is the same, i doesn't stack with other instances/sources of that same buff, but there is a difference on how often it is reapplied and duration of the buff itself, depending on the source
