It really is. I didn’t think I would enjoy it as much as I do. There’s sets that go on the shelf and you don’t give it much mind. And then there’s sets, that you place on the shelf and every one and a while you stop and look. This set is one that stops you.
Speaking of modular collecting, I appreciate again selling me the Town Hall set. I’ve been trying to collect all the modulars this year. After buying the Town Hall, all I needed was the first 3 modulars. To my surprise I visited a BAM in Cali and found a used Cafe Corner with the box and instructions and the Green Grocer. I bit the bullet after receiving the wife go-ahead. Now I’m just missing the White-Whale Market Street. I’ll have to save up for that one
