Fun fact about the body rune altar aside from it looking like a heart. At every rune altar you spawn at the portal leading out, except for the body rune altar where you spawn to the north and go south to the exit portal. This is a reference to the human heart where blood is pumped into the top of the heart and exits through the bottom. Cheeky bit of an anatomy easter egg from Jagex.
Except this makes no sense since deoxygenated blood enters at the top and bottom and oxygenated blood leaves at the top and bottom. Not to mention the multitude of other directions for either flow.

You say f2p robe bottoms don't give magic bonus, but the zamorak robe bottom would disagree with you. There's a zammy monk under the stairs in varrock castle
If you could use the canones or the septers that teleports to barb outpost would speed up body runes idk if that's free to play. The one you need the skull left and right half.
Lessers have 70 defense but magic defense is 70% magic stat, which the lessers have none of. On top of a negative magic defense bonus on top. So you can go shoot that guy in the tower at virtually any level. I do cows till fire blast, takes like 5 minutes tops. Then you can stay at the lesser until you get bored really. For melee and ranged, lessers are horrible. That super high defense makes them very annoying. Not worth it to range the tower lesser, ever.
Wearing metal armor for range training is bad but even worse is mage training with it. I see ppl all the time mage training with armor that gives them around -40 mage attack.
Player some F2P on my ironman, just to see if I'd like the playstyle before committing to membership. Logging out because of AFK....logging back in...run energy is still under 60 🥲🥲 physical pain
