Hi, wonderful video! Wanted to drive over Susten - Grimsel - Furka in June, unfortunately the weather turned very bad on Susten and we turned back to Luzern via Brünig instead. So it is wonderful to see the area through your video. Saved also some in watch later and subbed 🙂
I live in Southern California & I'm very impressed with the lack of heavy traffic & how well the roads are maintained in Switzerland by comparison. Also, I'm curious if you ever feel anxious while driving these mountainous roads?
Most of the heavy traffic is on the main motorways (highways) and inner cities. Yeah sometimes these roads feel way too narrow and high :) but you need to drive very carefully
I drove in I think the Sur or some part of pacific 1 and I got so nervous had to let my bf at the time drive. While i was there 2 cars luckily got caught in heavy trees on the side when they went off the cliff and were rescued. It's a while nother world driving at 10000 ft elevation with no guard rale
Brilliant video, beautiful scenery, but I wish you didn't drive so fast, I am frightened you might go over the edge of the road, or off at a bend. You take care x
Good. I will be watching you. I am nearly 80 and I care about people like you. btw, I tried to follow your route on Google Map, but got lost before the Furka pass, did you go from Meiringen or right round the road from Sustenpass
@@gwenpaxton9247 I went from Meiringen to the Sustenpass and then I continued to go around towards the Furkapass trough Wassen where I went to the opposite way first (on the motorway) and then turned around back next to the motorway towards Furkapass through Wassen again and Göschenen, etc

@@DrivEDrivinginEurope Ist nicht so schlimm die Verkehrsschilder sind dort bei Wassen ein wenig verwirrend . Schönes Video ich habe es an einem Stück geschaut , aber als sie die Falsche Autobahneinfahrt nahmen .Richtung Luzern , bin ich automatisch virtuell auf die Bremse gestiegen Ioll.
