Based on the clue you give in the video, I'm able to solve the simulation up to the HP Column and result the same as your demonstration. I think that if I get those information, I'm able to solve it all. Thanks
The main specification for the LP column is 1 ppm Oxygen in the nitrogen product. If there is a liquid nitrogen product a few stages below (I do not remember why), then you need 1 ppm O2 on the liquid N2. The overhead vapor will be lower than 1 ppm O2. The second specification is the amount of nitrogen in the side draw to the Argon rectifier. I think that argon should also be 1 ppm nitrogen, I'm not sure but you can probably look that up. And finally, you need the reboiler duty to match the HP column condenser duty. If it is lower, take VAPOR oxygen product from the bottom stage. That will increase the reboiler duty.
