The cleaned squid is put on a stick, and it is said that in order to dry the squid well, it has to be put on the stick well. After that, they spread the squid out so that they do not stick together and the air can circulate well.     일하는 어르신들 쪼그리고 앉아서 하는게 허리하고 무릎관절에 많이 않좋을 것같네요. 좀 개선이 필요할 것 같은데...

    여러분들이 시중에서 사먹는 마른오징어는 상당히 딱딱하고 짜고 이빨에 잘끼고 맛없는 오징어입니다
    사실 마른오징어가 제일 맛있을 시기는 해풍건조 그딴거 필요없이 산속에서 건조해도 상관없고요 햇빛 안보게 그늘 바람건조시킨 8일차 건오징어가 제일 맛이 좋습니다
    달고 쫄깃하고 이빨에도 안끼고 굽지않고 걍 먹어도 달달합니다 사실 이런 꿀 건조시기에 맞게 제일 맛있을때 먹을수있는 사람은 현지인뿐

    작업은 서서 하는 것이 가장 덜 힘듭니다 쪼그리고 앉아서 하면 허리가 많이 아픕니다

    덕장 걸어두면 외국인 작업자 고용해서 털어가고
    혹시라도 걸리면 외국인 노동자는 누가 시켰다고 발뺌하고 시킨놈들은 멀리서 지켜보다가 걸린거보면 노동자 두고 튀고
    멀리서 잽싸게 털어와서 길가까지 노동자들 올때까지 안걸린거 확인하면 차량와서 슥 태우고 도망가는 쓰레기들이 설친다는데 조심하셨으면 ㅠ ....
    산삼도둑 작물도둑 오징어도둑 참 대단한 쓰레기들 많다 진짜 .....
