- Tensions start boiling over as for the first time Maher is unable to make any adequate changes after going down to 9 men. With an already makeshift defence, with Harry Taylor and Jason Demetriou playing out of position, Taylor and Morris sent off, all Kevin Maher could do is wait for the final whistle. Up until that point, Southend was in full control despite being 1-0 down thanks to a brilliant York goal. Southend now look to go into next Tuesday at home to Maidenhead where best case scenario Maher will only be able to select two on the bench with a mish-mash squad starting.
Ron Martin has to go and go now.
Cov fan here we bin there keep going save your club 👏 👍
I've been there myself and its the worst feeling ever. keep on fighting lads. #MartinOut
York fan in peace. Really hope Southend can get something sorted. Awful situation for the club and fans. Shame their isnt more that can be done or help on offer from somewhere with all the money floating about at the top of the football pyramid. Best wishes and fingers crossed for you.
Thanks for all the donations. It won't be forgotten.
great game yesterday
You bossed the first half
We bossed the second
Fair result
Both teams belong in League 2
Our club is on life support #martinout
It would be far better to organise a peaceful protest with the supporters club
Don't you think we've already tried and done that?
do you think that wasn't peaceful??
@@jam1e_vi819 Can't imagine the marshals thought it was peaceful, some disgusting behaviour there. Not a good way to get people on your side.
@ArchitectGG Disgusting? Give over. They were just standing in and around the pitch chanting.
@@ArchitectGGdisgusting behaviour? Explain please.
