An unrelated point. In nature mostly, and even in our closest relatives - apes,bonobos n chimps, males are non-existent fathers. Most animals may display virtues and offer resources prior to mating but hardly after that. It is not the job of males to protect and provide any kind of resource or support for females in nature. However, even though men have taken this upon themsleves, more is expected out of them. If animals can figure out how to procreate without marriage, we can too. You should never expect your husband to give more importance to you than his mother/father or siblings the same way he cant expect you to give more importane to him compared to your mother or father. Blood relations are a stronger bond in nature, romantic bonding/relationships can be had with anyone . Accept that and stop expecting too much, everything will feel alright.
