I know it's late but you can actually do that in game. Just look at them and press the "I need healing button" the healer will instead say "come to me for healing" and call them out in the chat
It's important to remind people that at this time there were only 4 supports characters, Mercy, Lucio, Zenyatta and Ana. so there was a serious lack of support characters for more a year and a half. And people really wanted a new healer. And that's why people got really excited at 0:29 when they realised that she is a support character.

Moria is more annoying to me cuz you can't escape if she shows up. U pretty much have to kill her as fast as possible, Have you team by you, or reach a health pack and then finish her off

When she first came out she could out snipe a sniper with no aim skills needed, it’s probably one of the reasons the game became a lot less fun in my opinion. Her hit box is also 3 pixels wide, she’s not fun to play against for me. :(
