People don't complain about Junkrat just having to shoot bombs in your general direction, or Pharah being sky Junkrat, or Soldier's ult literally being an aimbot. I'm a Sombra main, where bad aim and wrong timing can cost your team the game, but I can still appreciate a support hero that doesn't have to headshot to get quick kills. Hell, I've had to carry a shitty team as Moira and gotten 5 Golds and a PotG out of it.
