Hello! I have a 2009 Seat Exeo. My passenger side mirror does not fold. I can adjust it from the joystick, but when I want to fold it, I hear a buzzing sound and only the driver side mirror is folding. Any idea why that happens? Thank you!
Gears in the mirror are worn. Just guessing hard to tell. it gets stuck or did u try to push it with your hand so it could fold?one hand operate the mirror bottom and another pushing it to fold.At least u see if it works with small help.
Are they folding with a bit push?If that's me ill take it a part.Check mechanism for any damage a bit lubrication may help.I'll be careful to not to force/break anything.
Lock the mirror. U can do it on remote control.Then on the right bottom side of the mirror cover is the place u want to start. Using flat screwdriver push up and push it out. Take your time u will see the cover will be easy to remove. u can use a cloth or tape over the screwdriver if u want scratch free mirror. Good luck with that!
Try to use an old credit card or something to prize them off around the join near the glass and then get your fingers in there and they pull off straight froward.
@@drcoland Thans i ll try the credit card one first then i ll try to Find the Spot to put the screwdriver in if i can, i need a photo or smth ți figure it out

My both mirrors doesn't fold on my FR. Had to give a push after pressing button. Will this method fix it?

IS THERE ANYTHING UK PEOPLE DONT USE WD40 FOR?
Don't know about the UK as Im in Ireland myself but Wd40 gets the job done😉

Mine left mirror from Ibiza suddenly goes down , few times a day. Right mirror is Ok
