To Make Butter Garlic Mushroom
Butter - 100 Gms
Onion - 1 No.
Mushroom - 600 Gms
Garlic - 1/4 Cup
Salt - 1 Tsp
Crushed Pepper - 1 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Leaves
Method:
1. Take unsalted butter in a pan. Let it melt fully.
2. Add chopped onions to the pan and saute for 2 mins.
3. After 2 mins, add the cleaned mushrooms and saute for a minute or two.
4. Add in the chopped garlic and mix everything well.
5. Cook the mushrooms for 5 mins.
6. After 5 mins, add salt, crushed pepper and mix it all again.
7. Once mushrooms are cooked well, add in the chopped coriander leaves.
8. Saute everything for a few seconds and then turn off the stove.
9. Serve the Butter Garlic Mushrooms hot with some bread/focaccia by the side.

Mushrooms are very easy to deal with and they can be cooked really quick. So in this video, I have shown a very simple appetizer with mushroom. It's called butter garlic mushroom. The rich flavour of garlic sauteed in butter adds a fantastic taste to the mushrooms and each bite of it is heaven. You can have this as is or you can also enjoy this with some fried rice or you can also serve this as a side to Noodles/ Pasta recipes with some bread by the side. Do try this special dish and enjoy!

Nice recipe, tried it multiple times. Used half the quantity of butter, that itself I felt little excess. It'll have a better taste if we add garlic first, then onion and rest of the ingredients.

You have to cook them in the pan no need to boil them

In Butter Garlic receipe you never put Onion . Then it doesnot remain so as flavour of Garlic & Onion are mixed up and you cannot call it Garlic receipe .
