Beautiful design. The living room is a little small, but that seems to be common in these newer designs.

I like it but I would make some changes like only one bathroom shared between the two upstairs bedrooms. I’d also eliminate the laundry room; use part of the space to extend the kitchen (to eliminate the peninsula in favour of an island) and enlarge the downstairs bathroom (and make it accessible to the entire house).

All three bathrooms are accessed only through a bedroom. One should have hall access for guests. Otherwise, the plan looks quite functional.

The laundry room is larger than a lot of these, it has room enough for a half bath.

Make front porch smaller to have an entrance The dinning room smaller to have a larger Liv Rm
Eliminate one bath upstairs as to have a soaking tub
    Very nice otherwise

Nice design, but why is the sofa practically on the floor? And the tv will get knocked over where it is, especially when someone falls over that plant.

My goodness! Doesn’t anyone realize that YOU get to choose what furniture, what furniture placement, and what decor you put in YOUR own house!!!? This is simply a staged setting - an EXAMPLE of what you might do. If you don’t like it - for goodness’ sake, don’t duplicate it. The idea here is simply to present the floor plan.

Wow! After years of art history, architecture, and building theatrical sets, that thought had somehow never!!! occurred to me.🙄

@@janewasson4845 I agree with you Jane. Of course people can choose their own furniture placements but that's not the point. When a house is presented, the furniture placement displayed is ideally supposed to show the design off to it's best advantage. It's quite literally a part of the design as imaged by the architect, and so it just doesn't make any sense to be expecting people to look at the floor plan, look at the furnishings and then have to try to find a furniture work around to 'fix the problem'. That kind of architect would soon find themselves out of business. People just don't choose house designs that way - they act more upon immediate impressions, which includes how well the displayed furniture fits into its space.

And some people think what's shown is carved in stone. Not considering different texttures, finishes, furniture., colors or placement.

Вроде миленько и кухня превосходная, но что у вас с саузлами? Ни одного доступного. Все через комнаты. И почему унитазы крепятся на стену комнаты? Ведь там явно на 2 человек комнаты. Зачем этот шум в спальню выводить?
