Wow, this is truly a dream house! 😍 Absolutely delightful. It's a not small cottage, more like a small-ish luxury home, meant to be in a beautiful location. The upstairs needs more natural light, but that's easy enough to fix. Your video quality is getting better and better, too. Great "camera" angles, you showed the whole exterior, and the music was fun. Showing the floorplan at the end instead of showing the cutaway was really helpful.
Thank you for putting the floor plans WITH the square footage. It makes it so much easier to visualize. I could build just the bottom floor as a house just for me. It's fantastic.
Love the openness of this house, especially the stairs and kitchen. Lot’s of natural light in all the rooms, the big bedroom on the second floor is fun.
Wow! Very little I would change about this home. Wonderful floor plan with plenty of storage spaces, love the kitchen and coffee nook, a separate laundry area, and each bedroom is a master suite with its own bath and WIC’s. The only thing I don’t care for is how much house this would be to keep clean and the lack of a roof over the balcony. 1786 sq foot (or is that just the size of the ground level?) is about 300 sq ft more than we were planning on! We could rent a room… LoL! Let them clean their own bathroom and bedroom. A coat closet could be built in under the stairs, which is wasted space in 90% of 2 stores homes. I love it!
Although the house lacks a place for your coat near the entry, one could be added on the wall by the stairway. The kitchen has sufficient cabinets and counter space, and there's more in the laundry room as well as a pantry closet. Every bedroom has the luxury of its own bath and a walk-in closet, and the upstairs bedrooms have access to a large balcony. This is not a small house. It's a rather spacious one!
Love contemporary done in black and white. Great job Jasper. I think i would be more comfortable sitting on the floor than on the livingroom furniture.lol
Lovely home Jasper. I would prefer a coat closet near the door, but that area where the cabinet is under the stairs would be nice. I do wish there was wall space for photographs. The ground floor bathroom would need smaller windows; the full size windows surrounding the tub is too much. The pantry/laundry room is amazing! Plenty storage space without looking crowded, and the coffee nook is perfect and frees up the kitchen counter space 😊 The top floor is perfect! Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and open to the balcony(I would have loved to seen it)the last bedroom would be perfect for a small office space - although, with the balcony, who would be getting work done 😅 - another perfect home
Maybe its just perspective but the stairs seem very steep. Wow! 3 berms, 3 1/2 baths. Balcony and porches, very nice. I would make a few changes but this is very nice

Can you post one of your plans that have a furnace, AC, hot water? I assume most people would want these luxuries to accompany the beautiful homes they are building.
During the walk through, i felt the downstairs suite to be too claustrophobic. (Especially for those in wheelchairs or crutches or elderly) Happily, the floorplans at the end proved otherwise! Nice home!
The inside configuration is spot on. The person who decorated it left me feeling quite empty. The outside stone would have been better suited to a black color scheme. But this is just my opinion.

Plenty of room for a washer AND dryer in that laundry room.
It’s likely a combined washer/dryer unit. I too prefer the separate units. My experience with combo units hasn’t been all that great.
